VIP Tires & Service

Great crew there. I started going there before I did a cross country road trip and they made sure it was ready and I had zero issues. Been there for separate repairs recently and they’re always friendly, efficient and explain everything clearly. Definitely recommend them.

I needed a brake job on my 12 year old German SUV. I called them on a Monday afternoon; they said they could get the parts and work on it next day. Called me at 07:30 Tuesday to confirm I could bring the car in; I did and the work was done by midafteroon; they called to tell me so. Highly professional shop with very responsive personnel. I highly recommend them. Also: price for the brake job with high-carbon rotors was half of what the dealer wanted. I'll be taking my car there in the future. They did an equally timely job on replacing two tires for me 3 months ago, too.

I've been a few times (multiple cars) for tires and to check on engine light issues. In my opinion, this is the most honest and reputable mechanics I've ever gone to. Matthew talked through my issues and gave great recommendations and saved me money in the past with quick fixes. I would highly recommend Center Automotive & Tires in Needham. A+ Thanks again for the great service!

Eric and Matthew helped me file a claim with Continental after a nearly brand-new Continental tire failed unexpectedly. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time and effort to guide me every step of the way. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service.

Received true VIP treatment! We were visiting MA for a soccer tournament 2.5 hours from home when our car stopped working. To say Tyson went above and beyond to help us is a true understatement. He restored my faith that good people are out there. I can’t say enough good things about him!
